Tropical Auto Spa

I’ve been to a ton of car washes but Tropical Auto Spa is by far the best car wash I’ve been to. Customer service is always top tier and my car always comes out exceptional. I love that they offer more than just a wash too. Glad I found this place !

I tried this place out on Sunday and had really high hopes. The exterior and interior have clearly been redone under the new owners, and the whole place looks great. The waiting area was really cute, there’s even an empanada shop inside, and the customer service was excellent. A very well-dressed gentleman helped me when I arrived and personally let me know when my car was ready. I was genuinely impressed with the atmosphere and service. Unfortunately, the actual car cleaning was extremely disappointing. I paid around $60 for the mid-range interior/exterior service and also left a tip on my card. While the car was technically cleaner than when I arrived, it was definitely not clean. The seats looked barely vacuumed, there was still trash left on them, the inside windshield was extremely streaky, and the interior didn’t even have that fresh, clean feeling or smell you expect after paying for a professional detail. I really wanted to love this place because the presentation and customer service were so good, but the quality of the actual service just wasn’t there. For that price, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I won’t be back. I’ll continue going to the place up the road

I have been a happy customer here since 2019!! Old owner was great! New owner is great great! Chris is the best! I am so thankful for this car wash & being able to see it evolve is inspiring. They have always took such good care & I am so thankful! Even though I only come once a month or so I Never go anywhere else & I don’t even think to.

The detail shop I regularly use was backed up so I dropped in at Tropical Auto Spa for an interior cleaning. I'm a LYFT driver so I keep my car very clean. Unfortunately a car window was left partially open and that night it rained, hard. Within a couple days of my trying the car out, it had developed a noticeable odor. I asked "how much to clean the interior" Chris said $60, which was exactly two times what I was paying at the other shop. But I felt I needed to deal with the odor immediately so I said "do it". After sitting in the waiting room for about ten or fifteen minutes Chris said "all done". I was surprised at how quickly they completed the job that normally takes half an hour. Later, when I inspected the work, it appeared that Tropical car spa simply vacuumed the floor mats. I could not see any evidence for anything else having been cleaned. No windows cleaned, no wipe down of all surfaces, no shampooed carpets and the odor remained. No even a scented Christmas tree hanging by its little elastic string. So, in summary, I am out $60, for, as far as I can see, got next to nothing for my hard earned money.

Good afternoon. I recommend against getting your vehicle washed at this place. They charge $65 to remove dust from a car, yet they don't even remove the dust; they handed my car back just as dusty as it was before. I lost my money tremendous scammer👎
